We offer a range of polymer modified bitumen-based road repairs suitable for all types of carriageway surfacing including concrete, that are effective on a range of issues.
Our Flexi®Range products cover everything from hairline cracking right through to full depth repair, and are commonly used to seal concrete decking once planed out, ahead of the asphaltic overlay.
Transverse, longitudinal and incidental joints and cracking can be effectively sealed with band widths ranging from 40mm – 300mm, and can also be used as a pothole/patch repair product with excellent results.
Our Flexi®Band material can be dressed off with high PSV (70+) high friction bauxite aggregates making them suitable for faster routes, and also carries a British Board of Agreement approval certification.
At HMS our dedicated vehicle can support our crews to lay 3,000 -5,000 linear meters of product per shift and with newly laid product cured within the hour, our method utilises rolling traffic management to mitigate the issues of disruptive and costly road closures.
Treating wear and tear or damage with out Flexi®Range products can remove the requirement for carriageway resurfacing entirely, and can be expected to last in excess of 10 years.
