This month sees the three-year anniversary of our Showroom and Trade Counter here at our Head Office in the Midlands. Originally the facility was designed to create a one-stop shop for our supply and fit clients to view our extensive range of large scale Decra-Set resin bound and Decra-Stone resin bonded samples ahead of their installation.
We’re still very much welcoming our installation clients, whether they’re home-owners, house builders, architects, main contractors or Local Authority engineers to utilise both the extensive range of material options and on-hand technical advice and support to full capacity.
However in the last 12 months our Trade Counter now serves not only our installation clients, but a broad range of DIY material only customers, courtesy of the rapidly expanding retail side of our business; Resin Sales Direct (RSD).
RSD clients and also their end users are encouraged to use or showroom and Trade Counter to both select from our extensive range, but also collect materials free of charge using our click-and-collect service. With a huge range of guaranteed stock at all times, as well as high quality consumables such as primers, hand tools and sample brochures we’re confident that we cater for all areas of our sector from the private end user, driveway contractor through to Council engineers alike.
