EPDM Wet Pour Playground Surfacing

An EPDM rubber surface is a popular choice for landscaping around children’s play equipment, gym apparatus and other areas where fall impact is a risk factor.

Used by many clients across the construction sector, including home-builders, local authorities and commercial developers, our Decra®Play EPDM playground surfacing conforms to the British and European standards BS 7188 and EN 1177 for total peace of mind.

Decra®Play comprises of two integral layers of rubber crumb and specialist polyurethane based resins to create a safe level of impact absorption in varying thicknesses depending on the maximum fall height risk. Essentially the higher the fall risk, the thicker the base surfacing material should be.

Our rubber playground surfaces are available in all the standard industry colours including:

  • ranges of bright, pastel and neutral colours
  • letters, numbers, graphics and logos
  • RAL numbers to tie in with branding.
