Due to an ever expanding market, HMS has taken the decision to invest signification time and resource into creating our own brand of resin bound and resin bonded decorative surfacing materials, along with other repair and maintenance products. In line with our newly developed product range, we have secured the coveted intellectual property rights to protect our new branding, ahead of bringing them to market.
After conducting extensive research regarding market demand and consumer confidence, it was decided to create our ‘own brand’ of resin based surface and repair treatments to allow prospective customers to really take advantage of a ‘one-stop-shop’ approach regarding doing business with us. This has subsequently allowed us to develop our ethos for the best quality customer service:
Unlike many other contractors within our sector, HMS does not subcontract out the labour element of our projects, meaning that all parts of your scheme from enquiry through to completion, including the materials procured, are all direct from us. No third parties and no middle-men. All HMS operatives are NVQ qualified, and as a Company we are fully insured, CHAS accredited, ISO:9001 certificated and a member of Constructionline, for the peace of mind of our customers.

In line with our new product-branding exercise, we are looking to launch our re-branded range by exhibiting at several industry-specific trade shows throughout 2016, including Grand Designs, Eco-Build and The Homebuilding & Renovating Show. Once there, we plan to market and demonstrate our product’s benefits and capabilities to their full potential, giving both new and returning customers a clear view of where our business is heading in the future, and the quality of products and services that can be expected from HMS.
In addition to all of the above, HMS are working on the roll-out of a CPD-style presentation, allowing us to showcase the full range of our products and services, directly to the industry professionals who may benefit most. Our professionally delivered CPD presentation will cover all technical aspects of our product range, ultimately giving architects, engineers and project managers the tools required to specify our materials at source, whilst at the same time adding to their individual continued professional development.
