HMS Health and Safety

HMS takes particular pride in the retention of a skilled and well trained work force. Under the control of its experienced management team, HMS aim is to ensure that the customer receives a service carried out to the highest standards of safety.

The Health and Safety at Work Act imposes a statutory duty on HMS, to ensure, in so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of its employees whilst at work and others who may be affected by that work.

Whilst undertaking the supply and installation of goods and services of HMS, Highway Maintenance Specialists Limited will implement its Health and Safety Policy in order to fulfill its legal, contractual and moral obligations to their employees, the customer and the general public.

To enable these duties to be carried out, HMS intend to ensure that its responsibilities for health and safety matters are effectively assigned, accepted and fulfilled at all levels in the Company.
