Hi-Print
Imprint

Imprinted Thermosetting Resin Surfacing provides a high quality appearance, without the complications of traditional block paving

'Imprint’ was the first commercially available resin based 'block paved' surfacing system surfacing in the UK’. It is a hot applied thermoplastic resin based system, which can applied in an excellent range of designs, such as granite set, block, slab or cobbled paving. There is a wide range of colours to choose from, so you can blend in, or contrast with the environment as required. Bespoke colours can also be considered.

'Imprint' is a hot screed applied by hand and forms a ‘block paving style’ imprinted resin surfacing system - this a 'no dig' alternative to block paving without the need for excavation, granular fill and a sand base.  Imprint performs best on bituminous surfacing, but concrete substrates can also be accommodated.

On highways, road closures can be easily avoided and when complete, ‘Imprint’ gives the same trafficking properties of block paving with a slight rumble effect.  Maintenance benefits include avoidance of weed growth, dislodgement and breakages.

Designed to be laid at a thickness of 15mm, the product is tolerant of deeply textured surfaces provided the substrate is generally crack free. The result is a alternative to block paving that at times is truly unrecognisable from the real thing.

‘Imprint’ is a hand applied ‘block paving style’ process providing a 'no dig' solution with a minor requirement for toeing in on all exposed edges. This is achieved by mini-planing to provide an even transition from Imprint to the parent surface - this is all included in the installation price.
