‘Flexi-Channel’ is an ingenious product adaptation and is used for repairs adjacent to kerbs or channel blocks on bituminous and concrete carriageways, or on footways, where the surface construction has suffered degradation, water erosion and weed growth.

Hot compressed air is used to ‘blow-out’ the detritus and any weed growth and dry the affected area.  Then the crack may be treated with optional weed control granules before ‘Flexi-Channel’ is hot screed applied to regulate and repair the affected zone, without any requirement for micro-planing by utilising the repair void. 

‘Flexi-Channel’ is a cost effective system for sealing cracks before more widespread permanent damage and potential claims arise, resulting in more costly re-surfacing.
