Treepit

HMS Tree pit is a moisture permeable, porous surface treatment for surrounding trees. It comprises a decorative surfacing process designed to provide an open textured, highly porous surface suitable for application up to the tree base, whilst still allowing water to naturally filter through the Tree Pit to the roots.

Tree Pits from HMS can be colour co-ordinated with surrounding pavements and allows easy path maintenance, as they can be treated using normal street cleansing methods. A wide range of aggregates are available in a 6-10mm water permeable surface grading, allowing you to confidently select the one appropriate to your specific requirements including:-

  • Harden Red
  • Rhine Gold
  • Pea Gravel
  • Brittany Bronze
